It both seems high, and low. I could stay in bed all day for two days a week (and I guess not eat?) and still lose a pound? That seems messed. I'd figure I'd lose more than a pound. On the other hand, doing absolutely nothing, I should burn less.

This might sound strange... do you feel you need to "crack" your foot, as you would crack knuckles? I had the same pain, and strangely enough it went away when I changed shoes.

I have proper running shoes, and I do stretch after my run. C25k has a warmup 5min walk and cool down built in to the program. It does hurt to walk, but it doesn't hurt, per se... To reply to myself... Did some quick research... Looks like you multiply your weight by 1.11 to get the calories burned for the 20 mins. Just manually enter it :3
