I started out by just walking every day and making sure there we some hills on my route, which isn't hard because I live at the water's edge so it is straight up from my house. I aimed to walk 3 miles every day and as the weight came off, my pace quickened but the distance stayed the same.

Thanks ladies. I think the biggest thing has been just eating clean and lots and lots of water (so good for the skin) and of course exercise but I think the nutrition has been key. I eat at least 8-10 servings of vegetables a day, no meat, no processed/refined foods and lots of beans, lentils, bulgar...

I always have a container of homemade hummus in my fridge. I use it for wraps, in a bowl of soup, dip for vegetables and even on fish (sauce). First off, great job! I love the jeans picture and since your starting weight is my current weight and your ending weight is near my goal weight, I feel much more inspired to tackle my final 35ish pounds!
