A small excerpt from my profile: I eat a mainly clean vegetarian diet. I try to make everything from scratch and have rediscovered my love of cooking, feeding my soul and my body. I don't log food or count calories because cooking for me is a creative outlet, a passionate experience, and to try and reduce that to a list of…

Look at you rocking those gams in that skirt. I also love the paper crowns, we all wear ours around the Christmas dinner table.

Thanks so much, it's probably more like a swoosh, I've committed to upping my water intake. Now I am drinking about 12 glasses of water a day (12 cups total = 92 oz). And anyways, I need extra water to wash down that ground up rhino horn I'm taking 3 times a day, hahaha! It looks like we've lost a bunch of people this…

You are definitely slimming down, good job.

Definitely see a difference, I was checking in to see if your dr's appointment went well and how much you have lost.

You look great and I'm curious do you live in one of the nordic countries. You look very much like my ex's family and they were all norwegian.

You look marvelous, great job!

I think that is one of the reasons why I don't use supplements. I would much rather eat the actual food then substitute with a drink/shake.

I've tried to like it too, but to no avail. It's a texture thing for me and reminds me of fish eggs and tapioca. Yuck! Another grain you might want to try is bulgar, it is a great rice substitute. There is always some sort of bulgar dish in our fridge and I think it is one of the most underrated "super" foods.

I think it is important to be positive and cheer eachother on but at the same time if I see that you are not eating very much or way over in say sodium I will ask if there is anything going on. The same thing I would do for a friend in "real" life.

Make sure you give yourself at least 2 rest days starting out. And better yet, replace another day with crosstraining (swimming, rowing, biking etc). Try to run on trails, softer ground gentler on the joints and invest in some good quality shoes and maybe even some orthotics. There are also running clinics that could help…

Real crunchy all natural peanut butter (Adams) Feta Cheese and Pickles (just a tiny bit every day, satisifes my salt craving) Real maple syrup for my oatmeal Come to think of it, this list is probably a mile long because nothing is really off limits, moderation moderation

I don't take anything, I figure if I eat a clean well balanced diet, I should have things covered.

Look at you, you sassy thing. I love the after pictures, a smile really does drop 10lbs and is so much more comfortable than a shaper. haha

In one of my counselling classes, we talked at length about how change is uncomfortable, if it wasn't than there would be no motivation to change. It sounds like you got uncomfortable in your body when you couldn't do the things you wanted to do, hence the change. I think sometimes when we can't lose weight it may be…

You have something to smile about when you see your progress. I hope the next pictures, you'll show us some teeth.
