I do.....and at one point was exercising just to have more to eat!!! When I was at 1200 calories a day....you bet your bottom dollar I was eating them!!! I am now doing 1700 calories...and don't eat them as much!!! guess just like everything else...Its a personal choice!!

We went to school together....I was not allowed to date him because he was wild in High school and would not meet my parents. After he graduated he enlisted into the Marine Corps. i read somewhere about how many inches around your wrist is...is how you tell....I think if your wrist is 6.5 inches or more around than you are a large frame..... the only reason I have a hard time with saying using you hand to measure...is because before I lost weight I could not wrap my hand around my wrist...but now…

I kept a few things...things I wore all the time.....that's why they were so wrinkled!!! In the bottom of my drawer but close always in sight...so that I could always remember!!!

I am 5' 7 on a good day....or a little under on a not so good day!!!
