I work for a great company.....we get a Christmas bonus that after about 5 years with the company your bonus is about the same as an extra paycheck...which is really nice!! We also have a nice Christmas party!! I am very thankful for everything in my life!! So this extra 30 pounds doesn't seem that bad after all!!

I think it might of been different if she would of come to you and told you and explained how she feels...but since you had to find out other wise then it's pretty clear.

It's not going to work with a different strap but when I washed my strap.....I was able to find a replacement on Ebay. For about 10 bucks I was able to get a new strap!!
