My husband was putting on weight when he stopped dipping. So after 3 years of no dipping....he picks it back up again..and within two weeks has lost 8 pounds!! :(

I eat yogurt a lot too...but for some reason it's not on my list for the most used...I guess because I get different brands of yogurt depending on what's on sale and what store I am at!!

I totally know where you are coming from!! It's hard when your social group gets together to drink!! I didn't drink at all this weekend!! I am doing a fitness challenge at this gym...so for the next 10 weeks (already did 2 weeks) I am going to cut out the drinking...see if it really does make a difference!! the problem…

When I did the 30 DS...I did not lose any weight either!! I did drop a lot of inches...I think that months that I did the Shred I lost 7-10 inches.....I did it for 30 days in a roll with no other exercise!! Wish I could tell you more!! Good luck!!

funny you should ask...I will be pay land and school taxes with it!! Doesn't sound like much fun!! If it wasn't for the 4 kids we have...we probably wouldn't get any!! If there is any left over...we might buy a new TV for our bedroom...or take a short trip somewhere!!
