The hunger of the morning usually means that I'm gonna be super turned on super easily, but other than that... not particularly

I eat an ounce of spelt flakes(sugar free), with a banana, and it gets me to 10. am (I eat at 5. am) and to get me to 12. am or 1 pm, I eat a whole wheat bread peanut butter sandwich (1 tbsp of peanut butter, the no added oils and sugar kind !)

Yeah, I nkow what you said in the beginning, but my problem is that it happens quite a lot. Regarding fat, I had avocados, oils and nuts today, and they are a guilty pleasure of mine so no problem there. I had veggies, meat, carbs, sugary foods, dairy, healthy fats, so I don't think I'm missing nutrients.... So yeah,…

The problem with that is that I eat according to my stomach, if i'm hungry, I'll eat a lot (sometimes a 900 calories meal) but if I'm not, I can live on a slice of bread, or just a salad, and in no way can I put anything more if I'm not hungry, or I'll get an upset stomach....

And I gained weight by eating kilos of nutella, and chocolate, and cheese ! So when I cut down on that, it's really hard to reach 1200 calories most days, my weight gain was never due to eating too much in general, but eating mostly crap

I did ! I had a big lunch with cheese, bread, my main dish as made with oil and butter, so I eat heartily and healthy !

Oh, and I count the number of cereal in each spoonful I eat, and if the result is an odd number, I eat more until I have an even number of cereal in my stomach

Wow ! Gotta take note of that tip ! I find that frustration is a horrible horrible thing, so, if you want, for example to stop nutella, don't stop right away, first reduce the amount you eat, and find a substitute (mine was peanut butter)... Slowly replace nutella with whatever substitute works best until you don't eat…
