My overall goal is to lose 140 lbs (that would put me at 150lbs) my other shorter term goal is to fit into a pair of black jeans I bought 2 years ago, they are hanging on my closet door and every morning when I wake up I see them and it helps me stay motivated:)

trying for the positive thinking but we're in the middle of our first big snow storm and I'm about to suit up and walk to work. think I'll have to load my mp3 player with Christmas music and just go for it it's only a mile how bad can it be.:laugh: :ohwell: :bigsmile:

cardio done no problem calf raises done no problem planks OMG PROBLEM:sad: I gave them my best try but wow am I out of shape!! I'm going to keep trying until I can do them but it won't happen before the end of this week. Still, I love the challenge so I thank you for giving it.:flowerforyou: :happy:

I used to be in weight watchers with a friend after our weekly meeting we would go to pizza hut and split a large meat lovers with a double order of cheese garlic bread and a dessert pizza. Never did lose any weight:noway:

Almost done!! I have 135min of cardio 100 sit-ups and 75 squats.

So far 90 min of cardio 50 sit-ups and 25 squats. Not loving the squats but I'm going to get them done!!:bigsmile:
