Don't worry... I don't scare that easily! lol Starting month 2 today... one day at a time. Congrats to you on completing it... AWESOME! Can't wait to accomplish it also!

Did you ever find out?!! lol

I've done it for the 30 straight days twice.. I felt toned up when I was done. I didn't find it that difficult... so I skipped over level one. I alternate between level 2 and 3. I keep my ipod on when I do it because I know the routine... get sick of hearing the same comments. lol You can list it as circuit training... I…

Congrats to you! :) I've only done a few so far... I clocked in at 29:34.

I have the Polar FT40... bought it on line at www.heartratemonitorsusa.com I love it!

Try doing the 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30 by Jillian. So quick... around 25 minutes. Anyone can fit it in... if you really want to!

30 days... 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 & 10 days at level 3. If you need to, you can take a day off. For Ripped in 30, she says to rest one day a week. So I would think you would do the same for the Shred too.

I tried these tonight... they were really good! Thanks!
-
I'm going to try this... love sweet potato fries!

I'm on Day 2 of Ripped in 30. I also just finished the 30DS. Thinking maybe I should really step it up & move on to P90x... but I got spoiled with Jillian because the workouts are so quick! Anyone can fit them in!

I have the Polar FT40... I love it! You use it with a chest strap. It's easy to use and it & it will tell you how many calories you're burning. It also saves your data, so you can compare your work out sessions. Good luck!

Log it under circuit training :)

I didn't mind those... I did them in a pilates class a few times. I don't like the rock star jumps! Awkward move for me.
-
I don't think she does enough abs. I think it's too easy too! I think I'm going to do p90x ab workout also while doing the shred.

Thanks! I use a heart rate monitor. I don't think it's that hard but I didn't want to move to the next level until I reached 10 days. I burned 300 calories for 30 minutes of running right after so at least I'm burning some extra calories by adding some more cardio.

Thank You! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Because I always heard you're not supposed to work the same muscles 2 days in a row and now I'm doing the same ones for 10 days! OK, so I'll keep going... on day 4 today! It is a very quick work out even though I'm not burning that many calories, but hopefully…

Ok... just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I'm on day 3. So we do the level 1 routine for 10 days, right? And it's the SAME exact work out every time for 10 days? I thought each day would be a different workout for 10 days at that level. Ok, so then you move on to Level 2 for 10 days and then Level 3 for the last…

Don't know... got it as a gift from someone who loves me! ;)
-
I just finished Day 2.
-
Thanks! I used a 5lb also. It seemed ok... except for one exercise, so I switched to a 3lb for some reps. I'll keep doing level 1 and see how it goes... hope to see some results!
-
I agree with you... what a jerk! By the way... cute boxer... looks just like mine! lol
-
I have the Polar FT40... I love it! Works great!
-
Great info! I'm gonna give it a try!
-
You had me at spinach! lol Sounds good!
-
I agree with everyone! Just do it! Put on your iPod and go! I've been running for a few years. Try to have a goal to run a 5k to motivate you. It's a great feeling crossing that finish line! You'll be proud of yourself!
-
Thanks! Rainy day today so I didn't get to try it yet! Good idea to check for some videos on line.
-
