I cleaned my closet out this weekend, and over half of my wardrobe is gone. I gave my clothes to someone that can use them, because they are all to big for me now! It' was a little scary, because they were a kind of security blanket...but now, there's no where to go but down! WOO-HOO!!!! :drinker:

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis a couple of years ago. I saw a foot Dr, and received injections in my tendon (which were awful). I also wore a brace on my foot at night, had to do stretching exercises every day, and had supports for my shoes. I have no pain at all now, but it took about 6 months for it to go back to…

I haven't had Gastric Bypass, but I had Lap Band surgery in November. I'm here for the motivation, as it's a great tool - but still a LOT of work! :) You guys have done great!!!

I eat the Breakstone's cottage cheese doubles around 3pm. They are 100 calories, and a serving of cottage cheese and a fruit topping. There are several different kinds, and they are so yummy!!! And they are around 77cents a piece. :)
