  • Melissa, One thing that has finally started working for me is not eating off the kids plates. I was finishing whatever they did not eat. i came from the clean your plate club, well now we have the dog cleans the plate club and that has helped a lot. Good luck Michelle

  • I have PCOS and after 4 rounds of IVF i have 5 kids. My PCOS is controlled best when my weght is lower. I did the metforim as well and it helped with the IVF.
