Most weight sets have 12 lb dumbbells before they go into the 5 lb increment increase. Maybe trying 12 lb once your neck heals. Also you could try changing your grip. I never said it flushes different toxins. I said if you're pissing more, you will flush out more. If it rains harder, there will be more rain on the ground. If you drink more coffee, you will consume more caffeine, etc. etc. etc.
