Happy Friday! Not meeting my goal, still munching. I am at least sticking with my healthy planned eating for three meals a day so I'm getting the nutrients I should... But then I keep going. Not wildly unhealthy stuff but definitely more than I should be eating. I appreciate the good advice, thank you.
