Same here, I had pretty close to 300 books and I decided to give them up to the library for others to enjoy.. i have an ereader now, but still have 2 book cases full of books.

I too am only half crazy!! I am currently in training for my second half marathon. I did my first in October. my second will be Feb. 2 and my third is already in line for May 4th. Then I will break for a little while and work on my speed and weight training.

I would first look at your shoes and if they are an actual running shoe that is meant for you. Maybe look up a true running store near you and go get fitted for running shoes. Going over one day should not harm all the results you have had so far. I would not be ashamed or hard on yourself about it. I was over 460 yesterday and I just move on.. Its not going to help getting frustrated or irate about going over, just make sure that you work you butt off the next day and move on!!

Happy Hump Day Everyone!!! Got in 1 mile on the treadmill. My knee is still acting up from my run on Sunday, I think it may be time to get a second knee brace!! Still got in a little bit more doing some spinning!

I just look at how my previous week went. If I was able to make my goal then I try to push a little higher and set up a little higher goal. If I did not make the goal then I either aim for the same or a little less. It really depends on what I think my week is going to be like!
