You don't have to have anything that is bad. I am going to eat out tomorrow, I'm hoping to burn around 800 calories to offset my take out. You can do it, just keep a positive attitude, as a negative one will never help your cause. All you need is a sometimes is a good job and that will keep you going. I know it does for me. Keep at it, you can keep it off, make sure to drink water and make sure you are always rewarding yourself for a good day!

I eat there if I'm out and about, I enjoy it only because I don't have to feel like I just picked up butter after I ate it. I had it last night and that will be it for this week (girlfriend loves it) so if she goes, I have to go.
