When my doctor put me on elimination diet I went 6 weeks with no coffee and drank herbal tea with stevia. Withdrawals were the hardest thing I have ever faced. But felt fine after about 4 days. Needless to say I went back to coffee, but kinda miss not getting headaches.

Don't make the same mistake I did and miss out on micro nutrients... too much protein without fibers and other important minerals can leave you toxic. Balance is key.
