  • Cause trouble at work. Find someone to harass and do stuff to drive them crazy. It's either that or grab the bottle of booze from my bottom drawer and I'm pretty sure my boss took my bottle away again...
  • All of the guys are jealous of me and they know it! :)
  • Sad how often people don't re-rack their weights. I understand leaving a 45 on for some of the machines (leg press for example) considering the majority of people using them are going to need more than that lonely 45 but then you've got twits who leave 400 on there which is just bull. Hey meat head! Yeah, you! The one…
  • I just do plain ole Hanes white cotton t-shirts. I sweat easily and so they get soaked quickly but I like clothing that actually "breathes".
  • @bajiggity Lick, bite, and lick a little more!
  • By night, I'm an I.T. monkey in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By day i bark at the moon, alphabetize my pocket lint collection, talk to the voices in my head, and sharpen my knives in the corner.
  • I go through this with my g/friends kids. It's simple. Veggies are served. Don't want 'em? Then you ain't eating anything else. Cry. Go ahead. I've got all night.

Do you wear supportive shoes regularly or do you wear flip flops or just socks a lot when you're at home or working or out and about? Tendonitis takes time to heal depending on where it is and the severity of…

  • Remember, MFP will help you but you still need to do the work. Make sure you set reasonable goals. That way if you miss them, you won't beat yourself up and relapse. Baby steps. Dropping 100 pounds is a big goal (pun intended) but it should be more of a long term goal. Rome wasn't built in a day...
  • I too am disappointed that there's nothing on here that comes close.
  • So many flirts, so little time for hot affair!!!
  • Once in a while you'll slip up. It sucks. It happens. You start getting comfortable and let it slide. Tomorrow is a new day. Day by day this is struggle. Most days you win. Some days you lose. When you slip up for days or weeks on end then it's time to beat yourself up. Meantime reflect on and be happy with how bad you…
  • Bang? If they're HAWT, yes. Date? I have in the past but not very long. I'm a sucker for someone who can walk and chew gum at the same time.
