Yes. I have lost weight walking. However, when I walk outdoors, or on a treadmill, I don't lose any weight. But when I use the walk at home videos by Leslie Sansone, which are more multi-muscle utilization, I lose weight. Maybe try a greater intensity. Fast... slow... fast.

oddly, when i first lost weight my stomach was the first to go. now, the second time around, it is not going anywhere. i don't care how much weight i lose everywhere else, my stomac h won't go away.

people just really need to leave other alone. if you eat food that is not high in calories, but more nutrient dense, it is easy to NOT meet MFP's suggested caloric goals. Some folks don't understand that eating a bowl of broccoli has more nutrients & less calories than 3 cookies and a bowl of ice cream. Let them debate…

Hi. I haven't been posting my miles here, but I have been covering anywhere between 5-10 miles a day, depending on the day.

I hear ya. I refuse to give up anything that I like too. I couldn't live a lifetime without the foods I love. 20lbs is doable before July. You can do it!

i don't log most vegetables or berries, coffee, tea. but sometimes i am in the mood for logging and i log every item.
