Alot of the women on here are my inspiration. Fitness models is my ultimate goal, but no one famous as of yet, waiting till I get down more. Currently hoping to be more like Robyn Lawley. Taking things step by step.

Yes, I have. Last week was bad, avg cals was like 1800 :( Still lost a bit of weight at least. My exercise is all over the place normally. I am trying. The thing is, you get back up and try again, every time you get knocked down. The bad days will never stop coming but we can make the most of it. One day of missed exercise…

Lost 55lbs so far, went from a 22 to an 18. About 5-10 mores pounds to fit into the 16 without a muffin top. So about 15lbs a size. But the weight on my belly will be the last to go. The inches are falling off very slowly there. :(

1) No. He has no MFP account. 2) He knows and I even have the MFP app on his phone. He threats to delete my account all the time when I go over board and freak about my cals.. ^_^ 3) Nope, I would still be a lurker.

Japan is not a GMO free country o.O Yes, they do have less over all chemicals in their society. Japan cost, a lot of money to live there.I mean alot. Students eat ramen and very cheap food. They just have a completely different lifestyle. Heck, they watch TV, pig out, and do all kinds of unhealthy things. However, they…

Bao is easy. Have you ever visit Just Hungry? The site makes Japanese food easy. However Asian food that helps you lose weight, not to sure about. Oolong tea is suppose to be good too. Good luck ^_^

It will be hard to stick with if you are not ready to change. I have had many little ups and down. I give up to easy too. :( But if I can do this, so can you, maybe take it small amount, x amount each time. Just learn portion control and small bits of exercise. Go by the lose 0.5lbs a week opt. Slow weight lost, but easier…

I was one of those women who thought weight lifting was for men and that women with the muscle tone was just not what I wanted to be. I wanted to be model skinny. Being on the MFP has really changed my views. Thank you ladies for consistently sharing your progress with us. :flowerforyou: My husband and I are going to…

Love looking at these! Thank you all for inspiring us all.

Hard yes, but this time I am sticking with it. It has taken me a long time to drop the weight I have. When I was younger, it was easier, but I never keep up with it. I think the better part of losing it when older is you are more likely to stick with it because of the work it takes. I wish you all the luck. You can do…

Thank you to all the ladies who shared. Laura, while getting an idea is great I would work slowly at your goals and not compare yourself to much too others. I am going to change my goal weight many many times. I know at 165 I still had 35-45lbs to lose to look the way I wanted to. Overall health is the most important goal.…

I had my husband hide the scale. I am not allow to weight until Sat. That will be 2 weeks. I might go weekly or every 2 weeks. Thanks for this post. It helps me stay off the scale and work harder.

This is what I am more worried about. Hurting myself. I think anyone can do it as long know what they are doing though. Thanks for this post. I will get there, one day.

Excuse me ma'am, but at 45 years old, what qualifies you for a girl? Woman, or female I see, however girl I do not see. Thanks ^_^

It can be done, if done correctly. I gave up trying to lose weight in the first year of any of my kids. I should have made better choices, but I never lost weight while nursing. http://kellymom.com/bf/can-i-breastfeed/lifestyle/mom-exercise/ and http://kellymom.com/nutrition/mothers-diet/mom-weightloss/ are two good reads.…

South Korea is really sensitive about filming/photos of others without permission. Ask her to stop and let the management know as soon as possible. Good luck ^_^

Thank you so much for sharing. This is something I have been fretting over. I slowed down my weight lose and all because I want to give my skin time to get back in shape. My heaviest was much higher than yours. This still give me some hope. Again, thanks!

5'6 HW 254 2013 SW 240 SW @ MFP (Oct) 226 CW 204 GW 130 I was using another app before moving over to here. I started my journey in Nov/Dec of 2012 at 246. I stopped trying in mid-May to mid-Sep. In May I was 224, in Sep I was 234. So total for 2013 is 36-46lbs. Ack seems so small now. I lost a lot since being on MFP and…

Everyone has different likes. No need to get discourage because that cute guy over there likes super model think girls. I am still obese, not curvy. Over weight will be just that, over weight. Normal weight will be a happy weight. Right now, I am just wanting to get down to this…

So funny and yet, I am sooo scared of this. I am scared that when I get down to my ultimate goal weight I will be left with an A or B cup. I have never really been that small since grade school. I just learned to live with a fuller chest. I am not going to let fear rule my life however I can still cry about it right?

Thank you for the inspiration!

Thank you for sharing you story. It really makes me feel like I can do this. You look amazing.

It shocks me that people go through this. I got up to 200lbs as a young adult, lost 35 to 165lbs and no one ever said I looked too thin. I have one friend who think my current weight is perfect. I think they need to do some soul searching. The friends is very skinny. I do think the people around us fear change in someone.…
