Slow cooker Italian chicken and peppers with frozen chicken and a rice vegetable mix that was from a frozen bag (rice was not worth it!) 382calories for lunch yesterday. Two of my hubby's, yesterdays lunch was leftover creamy tomato spinach pasta, with mini meatballs. He said the pasta did not hold well :( And todays snack…

This is written so nicely! I really hope you flutter thought the next 100lbs and hit your goal. What do I miss? Nothing, not a thing. Yes having a smaller chest might seem a pain, or loose skin, but I am taking them all. Like the poster above, I was never in a good place and spent way way to long being a victim to myself…

I see someone beat me to the cookies have different companies who make them point. And just because, you know, it helps to see the site ^_- Girl Scout cookie website

Another quick hijack on this, I have been wondering with these guidelines/rule of thumb ""75+ lbs to lose: 2 lbs per week; 50-75 lbs to lose: 1.5 lbs per week; 20-50 lbs to lose: 1 lb per week; < 20 lbs to lose: < 1 lb per week" What if a person wants to lose 20lbs but they could still lose another 10lbs (or even more) on…

I think you are doing lovely! Better than mine, lol. I know want chicken and peas for lunch for some reason. ^_^ I am so glad your phone will connect to your computer, this is an awesome idea and @clh72569, these both give me ideas on how I might make sure hubby has lunch everyday or at least me!! Everyone's lunches look…

Of course you are an inspiration. Change is hard, no matter the start weight/point of a person, and 100 + pounds is rocking it! Awesome job, and I too look forward to seeing more of your success stories.

Just felt like adding a few meals instead of just stalking for a change, been gentle on me ^_- Baked fish sticks with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Breakfast is my morning coffee with deli ham, apples with cinnamon and lingonberry jelly, and french loaf bread with butter and maple syrup. I normally eat on kid plates, so my…

So a few boxes to add Hubby's lunch, leftover baked fish sticks with ketchup in container, mashed potatoes with cheese, and carrots. A bento for me: chicken chili, salsa, rice, and broccoli. And lastly my breakfast bento: apples, lingon berry jelly, cinnamon, and deli style ham and chicken.

This made my night!

Another bento to add, chicken chili, 2 corn tortilla, and cheese. My lunch today is the same, minus the cheese, add green onions, and more chili than him. It comes out to 321 calories for the today and well the next few days. It is colder here, so warm food it is. Sorry my images are so big >.>

My lunches are most all leftovers and nothing to write a blog over. Really, just make a simple way to not over feed the hubby, and a small tupperware works, like PixieGoddess said! I have had that happen just once, and it was candy at that. Oops, but I over packed his lunch that day. Anything dry will go into a silicon…

My hubby's little lunches, at least in bento boxes right? Leftover pasta, tomato sauce, meatballs, and broccoli with parm cheese. And followed by Beef barely soup. Got to use the leftovers.

Wow a year flies by so fast! Happy one year bento thread <3

So finally back to making lunches again. No bento box, just tupperware today but still happy to be able to make hubby lunch to take to work. Meatloaf cupcakes, stuffing (store bought), green beans, and normal ketchup.

Are the curry Kettle brand chips any good? I always check for them and have yet to find anywhere that sales them.

I have to soley and completely agree with bunnyxhime.

@mangrothian The color contrast is beautiful. I just want to grab the corn through the screen. @bunnyxhime It is just plain country/white gravy. For this batch I think I did 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1.75 tablespoons butter, 5 tablespoons flour (50 grams), 2 1/4 cups 2% milk, 1 teaspoon plus salt, 3 dashes Black Pepper I…

Starbucks grande skinny peppermint mocha is 160 with nonfat milk, guessing from the normal peppermint mocha, 2% milk adds 40 cals, and whipped cream adds another 80 for 280 for one grande so double that is 560. 560 is my lunch or dinner calories, so if you are stay at goal but drinking that much instead of eatng, than yes…

Could you please share the recipe for these?

I agree with others, sizing is just so random these days. I can wear a size 4 (US) from Old Navy but any other shop I am a 10, maybe an 8. Right now, I am 5'6.5 and around 145lbs on average. My goal weight is 128lbs and even than I could still lose more weight. I carry all my weight around my stomach and based on my…

Thank you, I used panko for the breading with the method from Just One Cookbook website, the using the toasting the crumbs in a pan. I skip the oil and just toast the crumbs. Thank you for answering for me, that is correct. ^_^

Ummm so finally putting up "some" :D pictures. Trying to choose my favorites from the last few weeks. 1st one is mine, breakfast box, cuz I could. 335 calories, two egg rolled omelette and turkey sausage with ketchup. Rest is hubby's lunches, aka, leftovers from the last few weeks. Fresh corn tortilla, shredded Latin beef…

Feel free to add me if you want. I have had 3 kids, been overweight since teenage years. I start at over 240 in Dec 2012 and as of now, through many ups and downs, am 142lbs, (been around 146 for around a year) trying to lose another 14+lbs.

Double Right! Thank you for sharing that link Pixie, so much yummyness. I do have bento picture, just haven't gotten them off my phone, laziness plus about to bento strike my hubby as he doesn't eat them, forgets to bring them, or returns the boxes to home weeks later. :(
-
No, I was just worried about you! Thank you for clarifying. Keep on with your determination, you are doing great!!
-
@Celestewhite321 Oh wow, so you have lost 38lbs in 5 weeks? Sorry that would be like 7.6lbs a week, so I just wanted to double check? Congrats on your lost but hope you are working with doctors and keeping it healthy. Everyone really is looking good! Keep up the good work. Hoping my lost keeps up and at the start of the…

It is both, like others have said. And I don't think you look bad at all. I have loose skin, on my bottom, my arms, my thighs, my stomach, my neck, and all I can do is hope is will tighten over time. I still have another 15-25 pounds till my goal weight. I spent my youth overweight and my adulthood obese, so I know I will…
