My husband thinks I will be really thin at 120, I think I will be just fine. We all have different ideas about what weight looks like. I would focus on the right now too, because the only way you will know, is once you get there. Also, you can weight the same at two different points in your life, and be completely…

I once drop 25lbs in a day. It was magic. However, to lose it correctly, you must poop and than announce it to the neighbors. ^_~

Looking great. I need this inspiration today, thank you!

There is all kinds of crazy plastic surgery. This one does not surprise me. From calf implants to calf reduction, there is countless beauty surgeries that is offered to make one feel their best. *shrugs* Not getting any of them done.

Crash diet = crashed system. You are speaking eating disorder territory with 500 cals a day. Forget looking good for your vacation, take better care of your body and life. Please do not keep up 500 cals. I do think you might want to make a trip to your doctor and talk to them about what you have been doing. I also believe…

This was not called for. Seriously, it is really ok to walk away. Why not go for a jog to calm down? If at work, well do work. Breath, live, enjoy life.

And it keeps going.

Awesomesauce!!! :flowerforyou: I hope you keep up the good work and know that you not only can but will do this. Even when the weight lost slows down, you still got this!

I think it has to do with how we carry ourselves. Even if you have to fake it, till you make it, carry yourself as a proud young lady. Be happy, you lost 40lbs. That is nothing to feel ashamed of. Everyone has opinions, does not mean you should let them drag you down. I am a very quite, shy, person, so I either, a) ignore…

delazouche - I do suggest seeing a therapist about your feelings. I would suggest anyone who has gone through an ED to consult with a doctor before starting a weight loss program. Also talk to the people around you and explain your thoughts and feelings. Good luck <3 azyzzam - I suggest you also talk to someone hun, if you…

Sorry, I am happy without elemental powers.

Have you see this thread? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1283044-135-vs-135-4-size-difference You can be 3 different sizes just from different brands. Do what is best for your body, not an ideal pant size, since they can vary as it is.

Do not let it guilt you, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and continue on your path. However from what I am reading, you are suppose to gain 2-3lbs? So I am all kinds of confused. I feel there is so much missing here and 1500-1600 does seem low for maintenance calories. No reason to feel even more depress over food.

Meaning the scale is a big fat liar liar pants on fire. I am so thankful I found MFP forums, I would have never been inspired to get into weight training. You are amazing!!

Yes, speak with your doctor hun! Find a recovery group and dietitian who deals with ED recovery. Recovering from an ED is never easy and I would not just use Dr. Google. Wish I had more advice to give. :flowerforyou:

I try to never overeat my maintenance calories. Weekly average, I have not done so, at all, however, I have had very high calorie days. I am still a work in progress. I am trying to do one maintenance cal day every 2 weeks at most. I do zig zag cals though, just how I am in my life, so I am not going to fight myself. I am…

Do not change what works for you until it stops working. I have been at this since the end of Nov 2012, so 18 (15?) months (?), took a 3 month break during summer, well 3 month fall back really, gain 10lbs back. None happy with myself, but anywho, 73lbs lost so far. I think there is nothing wrong with a maintenance break,…

OP why not just stick to diet (using MFP as a calorie counter and stay under your calorie goal) and exercise? If you are willing to do that, you will lose weight. Do something you can stick with for the rest of your life, not just a temporary fix. Good luck.
