So my first sad attempt at packing sad looking a love wife lunch. I need to spend more time reading over the basics and prepping them better. My husband has a fridge at work to use, but I want to start being able to have him not have to use it. I used last nights leftovers- Arroz Congri (Cuban beans and rice) with cheese…

I love these ideas. I really want to pack a better lunch for my husband and this might just push me to do so, maybe, kind of. Yep, where I live it is all "coke" I prefer fountain soda/coke/pop. Coca-Cola with cherry and vanilla, with a bit of Dr. Pepper mixed in. Pretty much a coca-cola person when I drink it. I do not drink diet, but did love Fresca, might need to get some again. I just do not like Pepsi, never have. I also like fruit based…

I kind of like seeing the variety we have of weight ranges. Grant it I get jealous at most since my body is smaller ^_^ Happy to see everyone working hard on their goals I am 5'6 1/2, smalled framed, with a tummy from another planet. I guess after 110lbs gone it has yet to get the pink slip notice. My goal has always…

5'6 1/2 and 33 years old. My TDEE is about 2350 net. I eat back 1/2 my exercise calories. So I eat less than 2000 weekly. However, how much I eat isn't going to help you lose weight. These links will start putting you on the right track though. And with 14-19 pounds to lose, your goal lose should be no more than about a…

I am 5'6 1/2. My goal weight is 122lbs before I try to maintaining for a couple of months. That give me a couple of pounds of water weight, etc, I rather not be over 126lbs. My highest weight has been 254lbs and currently at 139.2lbs. I could go down even further on weight but I want to maintain or recomp at maintenance…

Carrots, onion, curry, mustard, mayo, and sriracha on bread with tomato and spinach, sometime avocado too and rarely egg white. I liked the curry, apple, mayo, cinnamon, raisin idea. May have to try that one day!

Nobody accepted failure for the entire month. If you can at least maintain your weight during a tough time, you have exceed at that. Some many gain weight during this time and fall off the wagon. Lets not keep singling anyone out and keep this about how much weight we have lost during the week. Keep up encouraging others…

So far allot of people have already stated they are struggling. I think Falcon's idea is to encourage those who are struggling to at least maintain their weight instead of giving up and gain weight through out the holiday season. No the group is to lose 5lbs in one month, which is not honestly possible for everyone here.…
-
I like the idea. I know the holidays can be hard but we can stick to our goals or adjust to sticking with with what we know we can do. I have 5 days till I take my maintenance break. I will keep moving forward and hope I don't gain much water weight over that break. I am in no race. If anyone else is struggling just…

I only buy pants one size down, or I should say something that is a bit tighter because I know in a month or two, it will fit and than it will get to big. Shirts I buy at the correct size. However, I just bought a pair of pants I thought would be to small and they fit. So I am thinking smaller sizes might be harder to do…

I just started to do a two week maintenance diet break every 8-9 weeks of being in a deficit. I took a maintenance break when we moved and it help, and since I am at my all time low I want my body to have time to adjust. I was on my deficit for about 11 months total and I could not image 3 years of deficit. Congrats on…

Being stylish, cute, and looking good in clothes, is one of my goals. I too want to look good naked like others said, but yeah, that will not happen. The sweater you are wearing today looks adorable.
