I usually have mine with some peanut butter, pineapple ( or half a banana) and I also add some vanilla flavored whey protein powder and flax seed meal. It's one of my favorite breakfasts. :)

Today I managed to jog 2 miles, at 5.3 mph, without having to stop to catch my breath! :) I felt like doing a happy dance on the tredmill but I didn't want to ridicule myself at the gym. haha

I told myself I would only weigh-in once a month, typically on the fourth or fifth but Ive had trouble sticking to that. lol. Now I weigh myself every two weeks, on tuesday mornings, right after I wake up. :)

I have hypothyroidism and am on levothyroxine 150MCG . My levels should be pretty well maintained because I have lost 31 pounds within the last 4 months. I swear, I get so excited when I get a chance to tell the people around me how amazing and helpful MFP is. You have to be honest with yourself, log every single thing that goes in your mouth and try to stay around you calorie allowance. Be consistent, honest and dedicated and you will see results! : )

Hey, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at around 16-17. I am 23 now and have been taking levothyroxine since diagnosed. My levels are currently normal but I do have some days when I struggle with feeling fatigued and depressed but exercise has helped me tremendously. Anyone is welcome to add me! :)
