Square Burger and Kenny's Burger Joint are some of the best burgers north of Dallas. In-n-out just came to Dallas a couple years ago and people raved about it. Meh, it's okay.

Yes, this needs to be on my timeline. I can poop anywhere and have feel no need to conceal what I am doing. It's a bathroom, there are really only 2 reasons to be in there. 1) pee 2) read while pooping.

Cycling is great exercise. It's my primary form of exercise along with a little running and some lifting. I do between 6-10 hours of cycling a week, mostly on my mountain bikes. I love it!

I use Stans for my MTB rims that aren't tubeless ready and it works great. You can either go with a rubber rim strips or the rim tape. The rim tape is cleaner and lighter than the rubber rims strips.

Check your salt caps you are taking, they might already have magnesium in them. Also, why are you taking them every 30 minutes? The salt caps every 30 minutes + the cliff shot blocks might be too much sodium, you might want to add up the numbers to see what your intake was. This wouldn't be the cause of the cramping but…
