thanks and i will. it just really made me sick ive been nauseus all morning followed by some vomiting and its not a preggers thing i have twins so we are cautious =D but today after the sickness is gone i will do my best and forget the rest =D

im doing insanity work out and trainer recomends to never ever go below 1300 and have 5 meals a day so needless to say im never hungry lol and of course drink a lot of water =D

in doing insanity im starting my second week. this is a very INTENSE workout i started when i was 216pounds and ofcourse it was hard it was painful. i gained strength withing those first 6 days and now in my second week im able to do better. you definetly feel the results in that first week. i recomend it its something…

i am a walking contracdiction on one hand i really didnt think i was getting so big but on the other hand i avoided pictures and mirrors. i could look at the fat and say its baby fat i can loose it in two months no biggie.. yea right my twins are 1 1/2 now reality is finaly sinking in lol

i dont think you can avoid hunger pains. you shouldnt feel like your starving. if your hungry have a light snack and stuff it with lots of water. for me a banana with 1tlbs of crunchy peanut butter and 2 cups of water help or light popcorn, its low in calories and you dont feel guilty and most importantly your tummy goes…
