Exactly. I have minor ones, but let me tell ya... It's mostly genetics. However, time will help, coconut oil will help, and SUNSCREEN is your best friend for this. Do NOT tan, as another poster suggested. Ask any dermatologist. <3 and I find my husband's stretch marks (on his shoulders, from muscle growth) incredibly…

I started running while I was in a pretty depressed state. I was cycling through the stages of grief... And I just got fed up and went outside for my first attempt at running.... Felt a lil bit better... Tried again the next day.... A lil bit better. Never turned back. My husband has loved me no matter what my weight…

This is a great thread... And I love your attitude, OP! I hate shaving my legs too! Also, nice *kitten*!

Run slowly, and with good form... Keep it up & you will find the runner's "high", trust me on that! Be in competition with no one but yourself. The greatest day that came for me was when I realized that I *could have "that"..... But I didn't even want it, because I knew what "that" would do to my body <3

This is *only* my personal opinion. After 2 kiddos, losing ~70lbs, and weight training... I can't bear the thought of complications (possibly even death) of getting bigger boobies. What would my kids think?! What would my hubs do?! Because of my desire for larger breasts. I just work on my chest a lot... And things are…

It's all posture. *I've had success in getting rid of it with pilates & weight training, as well as just being aware of my posture.

Very courageous of you to come forward & admit your disorder. Keep trying & you cannot fail. Eat more to fuel your body & build those muscles! <3

Glad I read this because I really love that quote! Thank you

Wow, this made me tear up. My mom was always very fit, she loved to run. On the 2nd anniversary of her sudden death, I ran my first 5k. Please hug & kiss your mom for me!
