Hey all!! Was wondering if anyone is doing ripped in 30??? I never finished 30 day :( life got in the way and I honestly got bored with having to restart level 1 over and over again so now I'm rowdy to try ripped in 30!! Anyone want to join??

Completely understand this!!! It feels like the warm up is taking forever and the squat\presses too! But once done with circuit 1, irt goes by fast

Level 1 Day 3 done!! Anyone else sub moves for something else? I have a hard time with the lunges\bicep curls part. Sometimes I can't do the lunges so I do bicep curls with a knee raise. Plus I can NOT do the side lunges in the last strength move. Never been able to so I just do the arm raises

You are all doing excellent!! Yay for those starting level 2!! Thank you for well wishes!! It's getting much better :) today only had to take one ibuprofen lol!! It doesn't hurt when I'm moving, but when I'm at rest after a lot of movement it aches for a while. Giving it till Monday then back at it! Level one too!!

Great to see everyone at it!! I have to take a break from 30 DS for a short bit :( I slipped and fell on my knee yesterday at a store so I'm not going to work out for a few days, maybe not even til next Monday. So I am considering starting from the very beginning lol!!! Or doing level 2 and level 3 for 15 days each. Still…

Level 1, Day 9 done!! I took some measurements before starting but I'm not sure how accurate they are (I followed a picture for guidelines on how to measure). I measured my thighs today, 1.5 inches gone!!! Hoping it's right lol!!! Sooo wishing I took before and afters!!

RI30 is HARD! I made it through week one and really enjoyed it! Love how she has 3 strength moves insead of 2 in the strength circuit. Made it to week 2 and couldn't get through it. Not even doing the easier moves/level. Plus Jillian is a meanie in that dvd. With not being able to do level 2 and her not-so-motivational…
