Those Wholly Guacamole 100-calorie packs are awesome. I tried them on a BLT a while bac - so good. My favorite way to use it though is in a salad. I use a cup or so of frozen corn, either roasted in the oven, fried a bit in a skillet, or just warmed. Add a cubed avocado, half a lime, a bit of salt and pepper, and cilantro…

A friend turned me on to PB&J on a tortilla - I love to warm it a bit til the pb gets all gooey. I never considered putting other stuff in though. Yum!

I dont seem to like the consistency of my homemade hummus, but I might try again sometime. I just found that HyVee has their own brand of it now. I think it's going to be a go-to meal/snack for me. I eat it with crackers instead of pita to save a bit of the carbs.
