I see one person has there 138k steps for 1 Day (I think it was workout warriors on that spreadsheet) Not to be a Debbie downer but when you ran a marathon you get about 55k steps so I doubt 138k for one day is correct. @sleepymom5 snacking is def what would kill my diet. I used to be constantly “hungry” and snack. I feel like more often I ate - more hungry I was. And more often I thought of food. If that makes sense. Just a thought. Have you tried to stick to just 3 decent sized meals a day and see if that would somewhat helped? Like…
