  • 35 Height: 5'6 CW: 209 GW: 160 Maybe DW: 140 (but I like what I look like at 160 and as long as I feel good 160 is good for me) I go to the gym 5-6 times a week for 60-90 minutes. I don't have any "cheat" days. I eat what I like, portion control and I will burn every calorie I can so that I can eat a bag of cheetos. :p
  • Yes, once I lose the first 60, depending if I only want to lose that or go to 80, I am getting a pinup girl on my rib cage. I'd get it done now, but I want to use it as a goal reward.
  • I have zero issue with people who are overweight who love their bodies. I have zero issue with skinny people who love their bodies. You have to love yourself to want something better for yourself. If weight loss or being healthy is what you want for your body, you want this because you love your body and want the best for…
  • So many things in life to be insecure about, my curls I am not. It is who I am. Anyone who could say or make me feel insecure about my curly hair isn't worth my time. AND Sexy is who you are, how you feel.
  • Can you get your cat? She is being a bed hog. To SO in other room.
  • Wipe down your machines. Your buttsweat, hand sweat, drippy head sweat, WIPE IT DOWN. Machines (weights) are not for sitting and chatting with your Brahma Bull buddy. TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE YOU ELLIPTICAL, JUST STOP. STOP. Just STOP. Do not let your ignorance cause you pain. If you don't know how to use a piece of…
  • Boob jobs break up marriages? That is a new one.
  • I'm going for a reduction and lift. I love my boobs now, I would like to love them forever, a reduction and lift will work. I WILL get a tummy tuck because I do not have children, won't even have children and *I* don't feel like I will want to carry around ANY skin that decides to not snap back. I don't have any interest…
  • I'm Jaime. 35 yrs old. I'm going for 60 pounds (plus). In this 50 day challenge I am looking to do the following: - 15 lbs GONE - 60 Miles Biked per week - 5 GYM Classes per week - 1000 Calories burned, 6 days a week - Cook 1 meal a week at home - Cut out ALL soda (I am not a soda drinker, maybe one a week) - Cut back my…
  • I'm in. Please add me.
  • I enjoy cottage cheese, by itself. I'm not a pro at putting stuff in my premade food. I put blueberries in my oatmeal the other day, awesome. But I enjoy plain old cottage cheese.
  • I spend way more than $30 a week, but I don't cook. Hormel Pepperoni Snack Tray: $7 Whole Roasted Chicken: $5 each, 3- 4 a week. • My office was tagged last night, I pulled into the parking lot to that sight. But, on a good note: I work today and then I'm off for 5 days. (Including the weekend and holiday). I also picked up a salad for lunch, my coffee was extra hot like I ordered it, got pulled over by a cop who mistook my awkward hand gesture as a…
  • If you work 3 days, workout at the gym the other 4. If you work 4 days, workout at the gym the other 3. If you can get a run/walk/jog in before, during or after work on your work days then you are doing something and that might help you not feel bad but more accomplished because you DID something. Yoga, Pilates, most…
  • People who can ask such a thing shouldn't be allowed to speak, EVER AGAIN.
  • I don't have many issues with being "fat". My only thought to being "fat" is when I have to fly. I always fit in the seat with plenty of room on each side of me but I always worry I won't and it will be a horrible thing for me and for my seat neighbor. Clothes: I buy what I like and then I get it tailored. (This is…
  • I'm stuck. Same weight. But I think I only worked out 4 of 7 days for our week. I didn't go over my calories but I'm sure I ate some back I shouldn't have. I'm okay that I didn't lose because I didn't gain.
  • The right. I prefer my ladies to have curves, it's a preference, not anything mean.
  • I'm not in the medical field and I work 12-15 hours a day. I make sure I take an hour and a half lunch and I hit the gym for an hour. If I don't take a lunch then I make sure when my main business is done at 3pm I go to the gym and then when I get home I work the rest of my work day. I work my work life around my gym life…

  • I'm 5'6 and 145 is my total end all be all will be happy at GW. My build is that of wide hips, tight waist, big boobs. If I went to 130 or even GASP 120 I'd be too thin for my frame. I agree, it depends on your frame. You may not know what you want to get to until you get there, in weight.
  • Coffee Stick cheese Greek Yogurt, Black Cherry.
  • 6/9 Working towards 8/9.. I will always have BP issues. Adrenal tumors and lack of adrenal gland cause blood pressure issues. Oh well. 8/9 works for me for a goal.
  • Capri's, my favorite Active Wear is from Old Navy. I have dozens of hoodies and t-shirts, I wear one or the other on top.
  • There is a full length mirror at my gym. Every time I go to the gym I purposely walk past it. I see the changes in the mirror, this makes me happy. This motivates me to go every day (though I do take 1-2 days off a week for resting) because I want to SEE what I look like. And my food stuff, I would love to trade my greek…
  • While likely useless, it is very common. I've known many...testicle having people, who have 3.
  • It came off, to me, more like she probably doesn't know how to count coin money back.
  • If I could my emails would be very amusing.
  • You'r bunker has WIFI? That's impressive. I think. I've never been in a bunker. I wouldn't know what not to expect.
