I grab nutrition menus EVERYWHERE I go, but some restaurants are lame and don't have them. But I DEFINITELY agree, that's a bit WAY much!

Yes! I totally agree with you guys on packing their lunches for schools and working with them yourselves. It REALLY made me happy reading that. Hey! Well, I do know that it is certainly possible. My goal is to be 155 by then and I'm 203 now. At about 2 lbs. a week (which is still safe), you should be able to lose about 40+ lbs. Hope that helps! :)

Well, as far as the breast reduction, I don't see anything wrong with that if you really need it. I can't stand clothing lines that don't make shirts for girls with breast size in mind. However, if 15-20 pounds is all you need to lose, I'd just stick to working out a bit more and you could lose it in about a month. Hope…

I eat healthy. No sugary foods or foods high in fat unless it's like peanut butter or a banana (even then, I still eat it like once a week.) You can go ahead and look at my food diary if that'll give you a better answer. :) It seems very healthy. And THANK YOU!!!
