We all have those moments last night I weighed myself which I know I shouldn't have and the it showed I gained two pounds so I ate right after another plate of dinner ( depression eating) and today when I hoped on the scale it showed I lost a pound. I wonder what it would have shown if I didnt eat that plate of food last…

Don't worry Hun you can do it. Fight the urges to over eat & if you still feel hungry drink some water and brush the food taste out of your mouth!! Trust me that works also try to do things that get your mind off eating. Become busier then usual! :) let me know how today goes for you :) I look forward to seeing everyones…

I started on Sunday and went to the gym for two hours and woke up yeaterday to sore to do anything. I took a rest day yesterday but today ill bee back at it for day 2. Feel free to send me a friend request so we can motivate eachother. Good luck you guys!!! I look forward to seeing your progress!!

Thank you guys and I feel like I should just weigh myself once a month because it really just takes a toll on my mind when I gain weight! I'm going to continue pushing myself and eating healthy + working out.

I lost 11lbs the first month, now I'm on my second and I'm afraid I'm going to gain it all back :(
