Eggs, plain and simple. Usually scrambled but when I'm feeling indulgent, fried with some buttered toast. Yum.

Congratulations on finding your path to success, whatever it was!

It's some made up word that people use to try to shame others into their way of thinking. It's basically calling someone stupid but in an attempt to appear less offensive. Don't let people shame your personal decisions with words like woo. It used to be derp but that's become too much of a pejorative. The same will happen…

Those videos are fascinating. They really made that model look great! Very pretty before and after!

I make sure I drink two glasses of water or diet soda between each adult beverage. I find it really helps!

I gotten sore in odd places from different activities that you'd NEVER think would cause that soreness. Sore jaw from sawing wood, sore feet after an afternoon of sitting and studying, sore tongue from strenuous hiking. It's weird but our bodies are just so very complex. It's like acupuncture. On spot affects a seemingly…

Hmm. Refeed days are a personal choice that people make for many different reasons. I've heard talk about the metabolism issue but don't know the science behind it. Losing muscle is a concern while eating at a deficit. I try to combat it with increased protein intake and lifting. I'm not sure if a refeed would help combat…

You'll get there. Don't give up! A few abdominal exercises and a bit of a calorie deficit will eventually get you to your goals!

It can tough to find your place in everything, to feel like you're in the right place. Why are they thin? I'm guessing a lot of various reasons but mostly, I bet they've just found what works for them. Don't give up! Good luck!

I could eat tacos all day! I do rough guesstimates when there isn't info readily available. I'll look for entries that "sound" about right and use them.

Sometimes, when I have a craving for one of those bad sorts of food and I'm already near my reasonable calorie limit, I'll go get a regular sized portion, take one bite and throw the rest away. That way I've gotten the flavor, kept myself from over indulging and made it so that there's less of the temptation for the next…

I know a lot of people have success by removing their particular food boogeyman from their food choices entirely. It's one option anyway. Good luck!

Cauliflower, kale, almond milk, almonds, PB2, spinach and grapefruit!

I definitely enjoy myself until I don't anymore. I've logged holidays in the past to try to keep me self in check. Sometimes it works but sometimes the temptation of all those unhealthy foods becomes too much. Still, at least with logging, I always had a record. I'm going to go with less logging this year to see how I do.…

While meal replacements aren't necessarily a necessity, you might have luck with one. Those heavy metal reports look scary though. I don't know. I mean I've never had either but if you don't mind spending the money, give a few options a try (preferably ones without metal in them) and see what you like. Heck, you might…

They are a love hate sort of deal for me. I love to eat them when I'm eating them but the I feel really bad about it after. I feel like I really didn't need to cheat. It's s tough one. But we're all different. See how the make you feel and go from there. Good luck!

Mmmm. One of my favorite sweet, healthy treats are rice cakes! There are so many tasty flavors but when in feeling extra naughty, I'll put a little honey in a glass of water and sip that. I like to avoid added sugar but since it's honey, I feel it's okay.

Good luck finding the right balance of water for your body. We're all a bit different so the amount of water I need will vary from yours. Just remember to eat a banana! Good luck!

I sometimes go over. Don't worry about it. Just take a breath and you'll figure out what's right for you. It's a process and trying to take stress out of the situation will help a lot. Good luck!

OP, I hope you find out what's right for you. Blood tests or old fashioned, strict avoidance are a couple of possible methods. Good luck!

Oh, I know your pain with a full time school schedule combined with work and a kiddo. Sometimes I don't have much time due to needing to study. One of my study methods are note cards and instead of sitting and going through them, I walk! I got over 5 miles one day from just walking around my house. Top it off, I aced that…

It could! Time will let you know and weightlifting can help. You have my hopes going with you! If not, you might be able to convince insurance to cover possible future surgery. Good luck!

There are some great cauliflower mashed "potatoes" recipes out there. I don't have one on me but Google "cauliflower mashed potatoes" and BAM, great substitute! There are also some tasty pizza crusts made from cauliflower too!

I've been at it for 5 years and lost over 5o lbs. I didn't see results right away but I've always gone the slower loss route (I love food). Take some pics of yourself now because while you might not see results, their happening slowly. A before pic will remind you of where you started. Good luck!

"We're all different. What will work for one may not work for another. Don't invalidate any potential or you're leaving yourself open to missing the method that will work for you. And when you do find what works for you, do not place any greater emphasis on your method than others because everyone is different!"

We're getting fatter because the people around us are getting fatter. We are good at picking up the bad habits of those around us.

OP, while 1100 seems like it could be a bit low for someone of your age and height, you could, actually maybe be eating a bit more than that. Here's one humble poster's suggestion, keep logging the way you are but eat fewer calories, then, if you have been maybe, accidentally eating more (at maintenance say) you start…

34 DDD down from a different letter of the alphabet maybe a J or F (think I had a bra each with those letters). When I run, I use a supportive underwire and a tight sports bra. Others have success with single bras but this is what I found works for me. I do the same with horseback riding as well (and anything else with a…

I agree completely!

You misunderstand me. I'm supporting the person. Companies are just in it to make money and most aren't ethical enough to be straight forward. That would negatively impact their bottom line. I support the various ways that people seek to achieve their goals. This might be a part of one person's goal. I could provide some…
