Is this the way you normally respond to someone who holds a different opinion than you? Poorly played and poorly done.

Um... Without my magic wand, I am unable to make your 200 calories worth of beans become less than 200 calories. But eating fewer will make it so you consume fewer calories. Best of luck!

This post is so full of nope that my oversized nope storage bag is now empty. I guess no more forums for me today. Though nothing is more addictive than air. I can go weeks without eating. Air, not so much. Stupid, addictive air!!!

Stories like this can be quite demotivating to people already wary of lifting. It's in the wrong section. And since there's not a demotivational section, OP (troll) should just go away.

Also, better stop eating spinach. That devil food has 645mg of oxalates per 100g while tea only has 7.5mg when brewed with 250g of water. ...

Have people's walls stopped working? What is with this epidemic of people posting their personal workouts in the forums? It's not just you, bro. Why is this suddenly an okay thing?

I said no to overindulgence and underactivity.

The name alone tells me you just threw your money away on snake oil.

Anytime you drastically change your diet, you're setting yourself up for possible gasto discomfort. Gut bacteria populations change with your diet. Eat a lot of one type of food and your bacteria that are good at working with that food will increase in number while other populations of bacteria that are well designed to…

That word, concise, it doesn't mean what you think it means.

"Never try anything because, based on my extensive personal experience, it's not if you get hurt, it's when. ESPECIALLY running, it's the devil." - Tomatoey There. Just make this your signature line. It sums up everything you've said in this thread with 99.9% less superfluous verbage.

I didn't diagnose. I said to see a doctor. Nice try though. And untreated would be what the OP was if that's what going to the doctor ultimately showed.

Unregulated hypothyroidism can slow down the metabolism. The CI/CO equation can be affected by it. It's not just short term water weight gain. "Thyroid hormone regulates metabolism—the way the body uses energy—and affects nearly every organ in the body. Without enough thyroid hormone, many of the body’s functions slow…

I've always thought my breasts make me look thinner than I really am. In my pics gallery, both those shirt pics are me in the 150s and 160s at 5'4". Without the boobs, the optical illusion is gone.

I have this issue but then again, I'm in an extremely hypothyroid state due to a thyroidectomy. Maybe it's cancer? It's good you're getting yourself checked out by a doctor if this is legitimately happening to you. But if there's even a chance you're underestimating your intake or overestimating your output, you might want…

You could try inactivation. That works for terminating a lot of things.

Nope. Keep trying.

You have been judged and your troll has been found wanting. Go more low key next time, stick to one theme and you'll go far. You have potential.

Actually, it was quiet clean, it just has loads of potential.

She's just playing along with the game she intentionally started. Her response is not really that surprising. But she still didn't see what was done there.

Nah, it's mostly protein.

So much positive feedback in this thread.

I'd add a cream sauce after stuffing it with the meat. Filling.

I ate less and moved more. My last fifteen were done with walking alone. Not that I'm pushing just walking but medical reasons forced me to stop running and lifting for the last 4 months.

Getting to wear some of my favorite Ts again and looking forward to wearing others for the first time.
