Yes I agee with Kathryn Perry above. The processed stuff makes you hungrier. Working out and overloading on veggies lost me my first 15 pounds. Working out supressed my appetite in a good way... any yes, overloading on the good greens. Macronutrients was also a way for me to keep full - a fat, a veg (carb) and a protein.…

So update us... how did it go! I am curious. I just ordered a DB dress for September and I am nervous about the size they measured me for. Its the same as my street size and I had thought that its usually 2 sizes up. Anyways, I was searching for similar posts and found this one. How did things work out? I hope fine.

Yeah, just get $20lb weights and see what the scale weighs them at. Or go to target and shellout $30 for a new digital scale. Whatever you do, stick with the same scale every time you weigh.
