Love sweet potato fries!!! I toss mine with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, flip them a few times. We had these last night.......yummmmmmmmmmmm :)

I love the Kashie cereal, it sticks with you and low in calories. Also love the 100 calorie English muffins with laughing cow cheese.

normally log it under circuit training and according to the data base for 20 minutes it gives me 185 calories burned. Thank you Tina and good luck to you!!! :smile:
