Due to a bit of a hiccup, I've lowered my goal to 35..... but I have been getting up there....

YAAAS. I weigh myself in the mornings. I found that working out and then weighing myself doesn't really do justice because all the water I've drank during the day and the food that I've eaten. I hate scales and I think no matter what one you use (the doctor's office old-school scale to the new and improved digital that…

You said you feel stronger and you're more toned. You could be getting muscle growth, hince the weight gain. Are you drinking a boat-load of water, it could be something simple as water weight (can happen with those who lift weights since the muscle will hold onto the water.)

You're best bet isn't to microwave eggs.......if you want to have a hard-boiled egg...better to put in a pan with water, boil on a stove for 5-7 minutes. Great source of protein and fills you up. Yeah, don't boil eggs in the microwave. The way the microwave works is that is pulls the water from the food you are wanting to…

Happens when you start something new with a diet or exercising. Watch your macros and make sure to eat foods that provide you with more protein (that's what keeps you full so you won't binge on sweets and other stuff).

In the words of Mr. Chow...."but did you die?" Don't fret. It happens. I ate a handful of homemade puppy chow and a cookie. We are all human, it happens.

When you've eaten a lot of food and you just need to get rid of the bloat........it will help.

I'll shoot for 50.....and if I get more, so be it. [/url]

Sometimes True. TNP likes run in the rain.

the glass of water before dinner does do the trick. I drink so much water during the day and I drink it before I workout, I don't really have an appetite. I mean I eat but it's not in a large amount.

Girl, I'm a sucker for some good BBQ and craft beer! So when I say I feel for you, I FEEL FOR YOU!! I would start doing a minimal restriction on your food intake, start with -250 then bump up to the maximum of 500. Don't go over that because it can risk your body to go into starvation mode. Now, I've done a bit of weight…

Watch your portions. That's where you get caught up thinking that "well i'm working out so I can eat more." While that is true, you have to eat the right things at the right amount. Also if you are hungry out of boredom or just need to push through till an appropriate snack time or lunch/dinner, drink water. Water will…

I drink coffee in the morning like always and it doesn't do the same. I just felt warmer; it could be from the weather changing and my body is taking the effect on it (which I'm in A/C most of the day anyways, unless I step outside).

Never really thought about it. You're body is working extra hard to be able to make more blood so on a technical, science side, sure. I just don't know how you can add it to your diary, lol. I looked it up, it burns about 650 calories. Make sure to have a snack afterwards for your blood sugar.

Depending on how they remove it. if the do an endoscopic (3 small areas with instruments) the recover period should be shorter if they were to open you up. Good luck to you!

When you are feeling hungry, it could be your body is dehydrated. Drink water; if you want some flavor add lemon or mint (yum). That can help with curving your cravings and returning to the fridge time and time again.

30 minutes maybe? Don't really watch it. If you were given 100,000 bucks, what would you use it for?

Eat less calories may not be the best idea, you need to provide yourself a 1200 calorie diet at the minimum. Usually restricting under that number cause your body to go into starvation mode and whatever you put in your mouth (whether its fresh, no dyes, no chemical, etc.), your body will hold onto it. What are you doing…

Giving in to a little bit of those cravings will help you in the long run. If you need to have chocolate (and girl, I hear you), get a Hershey bar but only take two pieces. Chew it slowly and have it melt in your mouth. After having those couple pieces, you'll feel better, have the craving subside and you won't sacrifice a…

Motivation is key just like speed is key!! (kidding on speed). I need to lose 20 and I know that I can do it given my time frame. Water, water, water and then some more water. Try grapefruit to regulate your insulin, lots of veggies for antioxidants and fiber, eat fruits but don't go overboard (sugar intake), watch your…

That's your problem. You aren't eating enough. From countless people and websites, articles, etc. you have to eat a decent amount of calories, based on what you do/day. Usually its 1200 calories/day. If you do work out more, you need to increase to sustain your metabolism. If you "starve" yourself, you're starving your…

I'm curently 177# from 191; I'm wanting to lose another 15-20 pounds from my current weight. At that point in time, I will want to maintain that with a plus minus 5 pounds. As long as I keep myself engaged with working out and eat well, I'll be fine. I figure I can lose another 20 pounds by the end of the year.

While I'm trying to better my lifestyle, I switched to vaping rather than smoking. For some reason, I need to have a smoke just to get me over a hill when I don't want to over-indulge with food when I'm bored. I drink a ton of water but my stomach growls when I get to the kitchen. Also I like to sweat a lot, like dripping…

I got fitted for a corset the other weekend and I was able to fit into a 26 but I feel my waistline is probably around 30. It doesn't look it but I guess sitting down and leaning forward doesn't really help, lol.

Don't ever feel intimidated by others when you go to the gym. Be proud that you are going and putting your health at a higher standard. So what, you'll get some looks but everyone is there for the same reason (majorily; I have ran into females who just go to walk around in tight workout clothes to get noticed). Get in a…

Lost 20 pounds around this time last year. While on deployment, I lost another 15 with a dramatic loss of inches and fat. At the end of my obligated service I put the weight back on and now want to lose the 20 that "snuck" up on me. Been watching my macros (protein, carbs, fat) and working out 4-5 times/wk. Incorporating…

That is not always the case. If it is working for you, that's great! I tried that before but sooner or later, my body started to plateau and I wasn't seeing anymore results. I found out that my metabolism was slowing because I wasn't fueling my body (and wasn't doing it correctly). I'm now increasing my caloric intake to…

Ok, here's my 2 cents. Everyone is different but if you want, try and follow these ideas: Drink water; it's good to drink half (I think) of your body weight in water, it helps flush out toxins, fats, and keeps you regular. You body has a way of telling you that if you are hungry, and you already ate, it means it's thirsty.…

Because rather than looking at a smaller picture, they are looking at a bigger one. Everyone has done that once in their life. Plus like everyone else said, they want fast results as fast as they can get them; whether or not it hurts them physically.
