:drinker: I had half a bottle of bubbles and 5 vodkas the other night and ended up asking a TV presenter to take off his hat & bite it a little in front of over 2,000 people. its all good. :drinker:

Just discovered it recently and have gotten through three tubs in the past week! NOMnomnomnom. It is gorgeous with a handful of cashew nuts, almonds and cranberry.

I am on my second Mirena IUD - it can be a hassle to get put in and takes a few months to settle, but after it has I have enjoyed 4+ years of little to no periods. No weight gain that I could directly link to it. :drinker:

As a person who was also a dancer, what a 'normal healthy human' and a dancer would do are generally not the same. You are in a healthy weight/body fat range and need not compare yourself with your mother - you are not her!

I put it in a brown paper bag to ripen it. Then I cut into it with a sharp knife to the pit, swivel it, take the knife out and twist the two halves. Pick up the knife and drop it onto the pit, twist the half and the pit should come out. Put full fat aioli where pit was and get a teaspoon! Otherwise, get a tablespoon to…

Well hey, not every thing suits every one. I can't do low waisted jeans as they are incredibly unflattering - I only gave up on those recently and got myself a pair of high waisted ones that look fantastic. I concur with those above who have suggested dark blue boot cut. Possibly a bit harder to find these days, but much…

Due to height & body build variations I don't think you can say a size 10 would equal X amount of lbs. I have labels reading from size 8 - 18 in my wardrobe. Shoes go from size 8 - 11. Throw in bras and it can be anything from 14-34. There are also the manufacturer variations to consider - some designers run a little…

I think the judge is quite right. Yes, it was a stupid thing to do and yes, she shouldn't have been on the phone while on the street with two 2 year old children. But like you say, 25 year olds make asinine decisions. And yes, a massive community service commitment would be suitable.

T25 work outs 6 days a week. An average of 1886 cals, 70g carbs/day. Weight: down 1.3kg Body Fat: down .5% Bust: same measurement as start Waist: down 3cm Hips: down 2cm Bellybutton: down 4cm In the middle there these measurements all went up (thanks, shark week!) but I tightened the screws for the last week/10 days in…

I think Michelle Obama's upper arms look toned, not bulky. I think comparing them to another set of upper arms belonging to a person half her age and a smaller overall build isn't really comparing apples with apples. And I don't think you have to worry you'll ever get arms like Michelle Obama.

Wow, you will be having a bit of withdrawal! Replace all that soda you used to drink with water. I drink about a gallon a day. It will motivate you to exercise - at least walking to the loo a lot! Put sliced lemon and/or limes and cucumber in it to jazz it up a little. Or drink sparkling water if you like it.

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=TDEE The third entry is a link to the MFP message board explanation. You should be reaching for the highest fat you can find. You think it is easy sticking to a calorie goal now, just wait until you try putting butter or cheese on that meat! Pros: I feel more alert My skin does not break out I do not…

 :noway: If you want to 'match' your hips to your size 8 waist, go online and check out all the different sizing guides for clothes shops. Find one that matches your measurements (although it may not be a size 8). Depending on where in the world you are getting the clothes from, sizes and the measurements assigned…

Eating as much bacon, butter, eggs, aioli, cream, cheese, coconut cream, coconut oil and meat as I want is how it is good for me. Cooking vegetables in bacon fat is pretty damn good! I no longer have unstoppable cravings to inhale a packet of biscuits, whole loaves of bread or cakes. No feeling starving hungry or having…

+ 1 I aim for 75% fat, 20% protein & 5% carbs (about 20g a day). OP - as well as Bulletproof coffee, check out FAT BOMBS! Coconut oil, butter, sugarfree chocolate & peanut butter. Nomnomnomnom nom. Keep a bunch of boiled eggs, pats of butter and salt to hand - very good if you get a little woozy as your body adjusts. Yeah…

I sometimes do feel like giving up but I also want to feel good in the clothes I have, I want to feel healthy and I want to be a fit, active, happy person in my 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. I want to be able to live independently when I am elderly, surrounded by little animals, which means being fit & active. There…

In! I want visible abs for christmas!

After years of low carb/high protein eating, I have recently made a move to the low carb/high fat (aka, Keto) and I love it. I generally feel better (more energetic, less hungry, less bloated, less breakouts etc) when I eat minimal carbs. The last week I hit what I consider to be my ideal of 80% Fat, 15% Protein & 5% Carbs…

^ This ^ I find it so much easier to stick to calorie limits when I get my calories from mostly fat & protein.

Bacon! Seriously though, try a week of NO sugar (and plenty of fat). If I eat sugar I just crave more of it and break out in pimples. So the best bet is to reduce it as much as possible and be prepared with something fat & yummy. I currently have a ready supply of fat bombs (google that shiz), bacon fat, aioli, cheeses,…

Please get your GP to explain the dangers of osteoporosis. Replacing one of those hours a week of cardio with weight lifting or body weight exercises would help - and will do more for getting your body how you want it to look. I promise you won't get bulky or overly muscly.

Is it possible? Yes. Is it likely to go straight back on following a few days of eating a normal amount? Yes. Or is likely to return next time you have a period due? Yes. But doing 500+ calorie burn work outs of cardio, feeling faint and dizzy @ 5' 6", 120lbs and 19 years old? No. :noway: There are better, and sustainable,…

I've got it too and DIDN'T wear tight low waisted jeans. The only way to get rid of it when you are naked - either lipo and relocation of the fat or photoshop. But for tight bandage dresses I wear a pair of granny pants - Spanx by any other name - that pull everything in and smooth it over.
-
I have done both and 30 Day Shred would be the best for you to start with - Insanity is bloody difficult even for a fit person and I think you would end up dropping it or injuring yourself within a fortnight. Both will have great results if you stick to the routine and calorie count!
-
Today I really do feel like giving up - it is my birthday in a week and I had hoped/planned in March to get my weight & body fat down. Instead, it has all gone up! My weight has gone up by 3.6kg since this time last year – 2.3kg of that is in the last week. Body fat by 1.8% in the last year - 1.1% of that in the last…

BOTH PILLS! :)

I think it is very possibly for those that overeat to be malnourished because they are eating the cheapest things available - which are often full of sugar as it is a cheap product. So while they are eating too many calories, they are not eating enough nutritious food or required nutrients. And eating sugary foods makes me…

You want caffeine and a dense energy source - which BPC is. Don't knock it until you have tried it - yes, it needs to be blended (with a magic bullet or other quick blender) but is basically like a milky coffee and you can't taste the coconut. :drinker:
