5 months pregnant with my 1st child visiting family in Mississippi. was supposed to leave the day after by train, and they shut down all of them so ended up on a bus back home.

yeah if she wanted something else, she should have cooked it for herself. ask her if she wants to try to eat better with you, maybe she feels left out?

want to beat the hubby in how many steps we have taken this week (we both have a fitbit). he does PT everyday though and sometimes run up to 5 miles, so its gonna be a challange...

After splitting with my oldest's father, I compleatly gave up on men, (mostly becasue I'm a paranoid mess about pedefiles) but i met my husband after aout 1 year of being single. WOW!!!! CONGRATS! after 4 kids i to have both fat and loose skin. i would lose the rest of the weight then go see your dr. one day i am gonna do the same. Remember that extra skin isnt what defines you. you have done an amazing thing for your body and should feel increadibly proud!

I wouldn't worry about what you are eating on the days you are walking the parks, but the days you are less active, i would stick to your calorie goals. Above all have a great time. =)

i have 4 wonderful kids that drive me absoultly insane, luckly 3 are in school now and i take the little one out with me for walks or to the gym. we are all stressing right now becasue we are about to move across the country to a place we dont want to live (el paso, tx), but have to (thanks Army).

Dont relye on other people to tell you you look good, go by how you feel and how you look to yourself. when you KNOW you look good and feel good you will raidate it.

i do the same thing, i always though it was becasue i focused on what i liked about myself... and when i see me in a picture i see everything i wasn't looking at before.
