if you dont mind a suggestion, try not to think of it as a diet, a diet implies that you are denying yourself things and that leads to binging and whatnot. try to think of it like a life style change, and just keep track of what you eat while eating you favorite food, only less of them. that is the only way it has worked…

i have cheat days so i dont feel deprived and then binge. it's also nice to have a break now and then and i usually have even more motivation after, and do better.

im 5'5 and my goal weight is 170. i am very big boned though, and start to look bad when i go under that.

well mine was actually on time for once, after i started all this. i would take a test just to be sure. if you are 4 days late test in the am 1st thing and you will get the most accurate result

Ok, where as I don't agree with people not listening to you and following your wishes, I don't see how a peice of candy or something sweet every once and a while (my kids get it once a month or so) is a bad thing.

ok this happens. its alright really. just take a moment and get rid of these foods that tempt you and avoid the fast food places you like to eat for maybe about a month (try pre making your meals so all you have to do is reheat them). it will get easier to resist them. you can do this! make a list of reasons you are doing…

the one where you step is right under the "advanced" stepping game. and all you do is set it up and then change the channel and the controller will keep the rhythm for you and let you know when you are done. i miss my Wii. =(

I LOVE that you posted this! i cant belive the change this has made in my life. I dont know if I just found it at the right time or if its what i needed all along, but WOW! BEFORE MFP i would sit almost all day, and still feel tired, now i can barely sit still i would start my day with creamer laden coffee and 3-4 servings…
