This cold be my title other than the fact I won't be 44 until Sept. :D Logging helps only if honest. That's my issue. I think if I don't log it, I didn't really eat it.

I'm a lifetime member of WW who is currently paying a meeting fee once a month just to keep myself accountable. I started with MFP just to have a double check. On WW I was overeating and not counting points because it was not seen by anyone but me. Now that I'm on here and my diary is viewable...I have really changed how I…

I do this. I've gained 15 plus pounds in the last year or so. My husband works nights and once he's left for work and my son is asleep, I eat...whatever I can get my hands on. This is my favorite time of the night cause I can relax and watch Young & Restless and Dr. Phil. I wish I knew how to stop.

We are not on a diet. It's a lifestyle change. You can eat whatever foods you want as long as you maintain portion control and count calories. (((hugs))) We've all been there.
-
For me maintaining is much harder for a couple reasons. One is i started thinking "I've got this, I know what I'm doing" and the other is because the scale goes up & down and the "exciteement of losing" is over.

I just recently got my motivation back. After losing 52.4 pounds and gaining 16 back over about 18 months I looked at myself in the mirror told myself I refuse to allow this and I've been doing better. Not every day better but better than I have been. It's hard to stay on the wagon all the time. You really have to want it.

I want to be a spoiled rotten cocker spaniel like we have

I'm not planning on counting on Christmas/New Years as closely but will still keep track even it I'm over.
