Wishing I had a more accurate scale. Maybe I'll but a new one when we get our tax refunds.

I love the chicken teriyaki at Subway. YUM! Today I had another favorite - chicken quesalupa @ Taco Bell.

Gosh this awesome. I probably sound like a dork. So happy others have same pitfalls as me. Today I had Subway - much better lunch choice.

Went to Chinese buffet today. Not a good choice by a long shot but I ate less than normal. I love Chinese and to eat less for me is a win!

Weekend was extended a little cause I had a vacation day today.

I am loving this. I never fully used this site before. The support is like an online Weight Watchers meeting, which is what I have really been missing. It's so much easier when you know others have the same pitfalls as me. Thanks everyone.

I had a rough couple days but I think I'm back on track. Worked out a little today and ate better. Weekends tend to hurt me. Trying to motivate myself thru it.
-
Thanks. I am really motivated by the support here.

I know after the first week it'll be slow going and that's ok. I'm determined to be back in my clothes. I should put an adjusted weight in. Figuring I lost 3-4 lbs. last week. Not sure if I should be conservative and say 3 or optimistic and say 4. :)

I did weigh myself when I got home from work. It did go down (yay). When I was doing Weight Watchers I was almost obsessed with the scale. Every morning, after dinner, before bed. I am very motivated to keep going because I have so many clothes that currently don't fit me. I have bought a few things in a bigger size but…

Here I am doing ok and I'm afraid to weigh myself. What if I don't get the result I'm looking for? Would I get discourage and give up again? I don't know what to do...

LOL just noticed I don't know how to spell journal  in my title.

Thank you. Yes, I have started tracking on here. My diary is public. You will notice I like snacking much better than actual meals. Hubby and I bowl tonight. I think we're going to stop at Pizza Hut before.

Two of my biggest challenges are weekends and when I allow myself to "splurge" a little. Seems like its tough for me to get back on track.

I am 46 years old. 5' 3 1/2" and 194 lbs. Other than pregnancy this is my heaviest ever. I had tried to lose weight practically all my life. In Oct. 2007 I joined Weight Watchers. I lost 46.4 lbs. and reach my goal of 146 in 7 months and maintained for 4 years. Then things started happening, our WW meeting in my town was…

It was a lot of things. I went from being a little obsessed with weight loss to not caring at all. Ate whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and how much I wanted. I need to find a happy medium between the two.

50 pounds is my goal too. Looking for weight loss buddies. I need support and motivation. I've done it before and need to do it again.
-
Thank you both for the encouragement. I will have to check that group out.
-
Not a bad start, however, I need to grocery shop so I can pack my lunch.
-
Thank you.

I still have my moments when I pig out (Sun. night - all documented) but I'm basically back on track.

Awesome!

I'm a WW vet needing to get back on the waggon too. I'm lifetime but currently paying $13/month for weigh-in. I feel like I need to weigh there once a month to get a accurate weight. I'm approx. 10 lbs. over my WW goal. I've been struggling for about a year. I'll friend request you.

Since I started MFP I am not keeping track of my points as closely as I was before. I weigh once a month with WW. (Costs me $13) I still want to maintain the accountability of that. I know that I eat to much. Until I learn to control that doesn't matter if it's WW or MFP the weight won't come off.

I'm a current WW member. Lifetime in 2007. I lost 52 pounds in 7 months and maintained for around 5 years. I'm now paying once a month for WW. Why? I'm not sure... I love WW and keep track of both points & calories (on MFP). I weigh in again this Thurs. at WW and I'm sure i've gained. I love WW but since they changed the…

I was finally diagnosed with PCOS in 2002 when I was struggling to get preg. I've always had a weight issue. Feel free to add me.

Snack before bed. Started when I was a young kid - normally ice cream. UGH!
