  • Do you mean premade shakes, or recipes for making them at home? My mini blender has been getting a lot of use lately, but I don't recommend the shake I made just now. I went a bit overboard on the protein powder and peanut butter, and it is way too thick. :)
  • Me and the scale didn't talk for years, since 2007 specifically. The pressure of hitting a specific number weighed me down more than my actual body weight did.
