Are you drinking enough water? I'm horrible about drinking it. BUT when I drink alot I always see a difference on the scale.

I think it's great you're recognizing this now and asking for help. Honestly I think where you're at is good and you don't need to lose anymore weight. Find out what your maintenance calories are and keep exercising and I think you'll be fine. Good luck to you.

Breakfast and Lunch I do either the night before or the morning of. During the day is when I usually think about what I'm doing for dinner. If I don't fill out breakfast and lunch early I'm scrambling int he morning to figure it out then make bad choices.
