This lol... its my weakness. And it is so worth it! I dont want to obsess and deny myself treats. So I try to plan the best I can to fit it within my daily allowance but if I go a little over today celebrating Halloween then so be it. It is just one day!

I was kind of shocked lol. Even though I am not set on watching the other numbers it is still nice to learn a little more about it. I had no idea! :smile: These MFP challenges really teach me things! I love it!

Very interesting... The site says the minimum I should eat daily is 65.28g, if I do endurance training then minimum 112.2g with a maximum of 130.56g, and if I do strenght training then 148.92g minimum and a maximum of 159.12g. Per my dairy I am usually around 80g-90g which I am happy with. Again, my main focus is calories.…

I occassionaly look at other things besides calories but I mostly focus on calories so I am not really sure what the right amount for the others is. If that makes sense... so what is the general rule of thumb for protein? Right now I am set at 70g which common sense tells me seems really low! And would also explain why I…

I am fearful Carol is in trouble. The look on his face was creepy. I think this upcoming episode will be a flashback showing us where Beth has been. Week 2 Beginner Team Daryl Cardio 343/80 Strength 80/45 Calories 6/7 **I will be donating 23 mins of strength to my teammate: tracymayo1 Punishment done. I can't do full squats but I did what I could and I used hand weights instead of the bar and raised them over my head when I went down. Character Challenge done

I am totally knocking out this cardio, no problem, but my strength is well to say the least, slacking! I still have to do my videos so it looks like tomorrow will be full of strength workouts!

I played Roller Derby too! Recently retired after 4 years. My advice, do it now! Do not wait! Playing will help you get to the state you want physically and it will bring you this incredible, "I can do anything" outlook! Keep us updated on your progress! and Good luck! :)
