You gain weight by eating at a surplus . Low Carb has nothing to do with it . Lack of discipline does.

I recently lost my fitbit and they sent me out a new one for free. It was only 6 months old though. It was most likely on warranty. They were real easy to work with....great service. Just call them and see if you are covered. The worse they can say is no.

People wih Celiac Disease, Candida growth, diabetes and even thyroid issues benefit most from a Lower carb eating lifestyle. So maybe stop worrying about what everyone else decides to put into their mouth and worry about your own lifestyle. Different strokes for different folks.

I have weird dreams like driving in my car but I have to use my feet like in The Flintstones in order for the car to move. I've read that certain foods do play a role on the type of dreams you have. If I eat hot/spicy stuff I have nightmares about someone or something trying to kill me.

Whether it be low carb, high carb, low fat, south beach, etc. Different people require different diets. A generic diet program that has the ‘one size fits all’ policy will not always work. I'd be weary of sharing a hotel room with a stranger. Maybe just ask just to run the race with you if you're nervous about doing it alone.

Drink more water....limit sodium/increase potassim.....lemon and pineapples are good for bloat too.
