141 tonight. Thanks guys. I didn't think about sugar in the coleslaw, I only had about 1/4 c. I know my hard thing is breads and pastas, and I need to cut that more than I have. I've been having really good numbers during the day then I mess it up at dinner...

Oh I know it was the biscuit and honey. I know I need to watch carbs better especially at night. The coke slaw I probably had about 1/4 c. I didn't think about added sugar in it though.

194. Amazes me since I was 114 before dinner after walking a 5k. Dinner: grilled leg and thigh, 1/2 small container coleslaw without a tsp of honey on a biscuit. Ugh

I wouldn't say they are a,permanent part of my diet. I do treat,myself every so often (less and less rewarding with food). I know I need to do more with carb balancing. How do you figure out dosage based on actual carbs vs based on BG?
