Great suggestions, My trainer has me on very specific items for each Meal (5 per day). Currently I either fry or scramble on the stove or microwave scramble them w/ a dash of lemon pepper. I am going to ask about things I can add to them or what I can substitute. Turkey is in one of my meals (3 oz)...maybe I will switch…

I used to belong to TOPS a long time ago and lost 70lbs...unless it has changed, you have weigh in's and it is mostly there for support. We did have dues but they were very reasonable. and yearly convention as well... Good Luck

NSV to share... yesterdays hike of 4.75 miles inlcuded the big hill at Peter's Canyon! I have always been afraid of it...but I have a hike tomorrow with a 870ft elevation gain in 1.6 miles, so just felt I needed to accomplish this one before I do the other....
