Yeah, I've gotten into the bad habit of stepping on the scale every morning. Then I sit and wonder what I did or ate that caused me to gain the weight. And it's very frustrating.

I've found that I feel out of control when I am really hungry and I just want to eat everything I see, no matter how good or bad it is for me. Which is why I Always make my lunch the night before and have it waiting for me on the kitchen table by the door so I don't forget it every day. I try to space out my eating…

Thank you everyone! To the post above, my height is 5'10, almost pushing 5'11. And it should never be about the number. According to BMI index, for my height and age, I should be 140 lbs. Thank you so much everyone for your kind words. Losing weight is not easy. It's a lot of work. And takes a lot of will power. I know it and you all know it. But, it's about working together to help one another get to where we want to be. And we'll all get there. Even myself. Trust me, a year ago, I was depressed,…

I was working out 3 - 4 times a week when I first started with my weight loss journey. Over time, that greatly decreased and it became rare that I could make it to the gym. I am just recovering from an invasive surgery now and I'm not allowed to exercise for 6 weeks. And I plan to get back to the gym full time once I can…

I have lost 116 pounds. It honestly took me losing 80 pounds before I noticed it by looking in the mirror. I saw it in my baggy clothes and what not. But didn't notice my body change for quite some time.

I don't eat a lot as it is. I find I get quite full much easier now. I'll have some greek yogurt, a piece of fruit and a low calorie granola bar of sorts. For lunch I'll have some left over cut up chicken in a whole wheat pita with a tad of cheese and some lettuce. With a piece of fruit and a baggy full of snap peas or…

Is there anything I can do in terms of my diet and what I'm eating?
