My goal is the full 105 by Christmas. So far lost 11 off of that. Would love to go home for Christmas at my goal weight..and maybe do some shopping for myself this year :)

We're going to our favorite Mexican .place on Friday for valentine's day. My favorite dish is fajitas covered in queso with a chili rilenno on the side. *sigh* Would also love a frozen strawberry margarita. What to do, what to do.

Another thing.. i changed my vitamins/ supplements a while back because they made me feel like i had a rock in my stomach...really heavy and full. Do you take any vitamins? If yes, your body may not agree with them.

I don't know why..but things such as quinoa and baby spinach make me feel so full i can barely make it through each meal. If i eat clean, its extremely hard for me to make it even over 1000 cals. I try to include higher calorie things such as avacado, peanut butter, or almonds so dont have to eat such a huge quantity and…

I picked up an iced tea today, logged the whole bottle and realized that just one bottle is DOUBLE my allotted amount of sugar for the day! Absolutely insane. Logging is definitely making me think before i consume. Drank half the bottle and put the rest in the fridge. Thought about throwing it out.

Hi there! A fellow 7-7er here. I find it easiest to log on a 24 hour schedule ( anything before midnight goes on one day, after midnight goes on the next. Also, I bring a variety of teas to work to try and curb hunger. Teas are a life saver for me since I sit in an office all night wanting to snack. :)

Love sauteed mushrooms and onions, cut the fat by replacing lots of butter or oils with only a tablespoon of olive oil and using chicken broth instead.

Same here. Wanting to get my body in a much healthier place and drop the weight before having babies in the next four or five years. Definitely want to have a healthy pregnancy and not feel horrible my whole pregnancy when I don't feel at my best now. One of my main goals.

Skinnytaste.com has some great appetizer recipes (jalapeno poppers, mozz stix, spinach dip, queso dip, etc). She lists all of the nutrition info as well as ww points. Definitely worth checking out.

I usually eat cottage cheese covered in cinnamon before bed if I'm feeling like that. Its a slow releasing protein so I don't feel guilty..the cinnamon makes me feel like I had a treat... and the want to eat is gone. I couldn't stand the idea of cottage cheese at first but its not half bad after you aquire the taste for it.
